BAGGAGE REQUIREMENTS: 1 suitcase per person in/out of hotels.Airline requirements are applicable on size and weight limitations. Luggage is at owners risk throughout tour unless insured.
NOT INCLUDED IN LAND PRICE: Air fare and meals other than listed in “Included Features;” passport fees; personal expenses such as laundry; telephone calls; alcoholic beverages/sodas/bottled water other than listed in “Included Features;” optional sightseeing excursions; gratuities to driver and guides.
HEALTH: Report in writing, when your reservation is made, any physical or mental condition which may require special medical attention (e.g., the need for a wheel chair or special meals).
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:Cancellations for all or any part of the trip will not be effective until received in writing at Novel Explorations. Should you have to cancel the following conditions apply: Cancellation of land portion prior to 100 days of departure, $100 cancellation fee; within 100-69 days of departure, 20% cancellation fee;less than 70 days of departure, no refund.
Cancellation or revisions of airline tickets are extra and can vary per airline per person unless non-refundable tickets are issued.

RESPONSIBILITY:Destinations, Inc., travel agency, & Novel Explorations is acting as a mere agent for the airlines, suppliers, in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this travel agency. Destinations, Inc., and Novel Explorations, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, weather, strikes, circumstances beyond its control, force majeure, war, quarantine, criminal activity, expense, accident, sickness, injury or death to person or property, or mechanical defect, failure or negligence of any nature howsoever caused in connection with any accommodations, restaurant, transportation or other services or for any substitution of hotels or of common carrier equipment.If due to weather, flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors you are required to spend an additional night, you will be responsible for your own hotel, transfers and meal costs. No refund will be made for any unused portion of the tour due to these causes or voluntary cancellations. Application with the travel insurance carrier – Travel Guard – will need to be made.
TOUR CANCELLATION: Destinations, Inc. or Novel Explorations, reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond their control.
NOTE: IF ANY VENUES CHANGE, A REPLACEMENT WILL BE MADE OF SIMILAR TYPE AND QUALITY.
RATES: Prices quoted are based on 20 passengers and on fares and exchange rates in effect at the time of printing and are subject to change prior to departure.
